A country I'd like to visit

I want to visit Istanbul. This is Turkey's most populous city and as its cultural and financial hub, Istanbul is located on both sides of the Bosphorus! Between the Black Sea and the Marmara Sea.
Well I want to travel to this place because I love the History that composes this country, remember that Istanbul was the capital of four Empires: Roman, Byzantine, Latin and Ottoman.
Every construction there is so magnificent, in Istanbul center old buildings stand near modern skyscrapers. In the same area churches and synagogues coexist. Liberal and conservative Muslims peacefully live together side  by side with people from other religions or beliefs. I especially like the monumental architecture of mosques and temples. I really love this culture because it is so different from ours; its seems like esoteric for me but yet is so difficult to travel because that government and militaries have many conflicts as well maybe some places can be dangerous for woman.
